No frills fitness tracker, with a focus on automatic progression.

After finishing a workout session, every exercise is automatically progressed based on each exercises Progression settings.

If you stay consistent and continue to work on these exercises, you will get stronger. In time itll be hard to believe how far youve come.

Exercises are customizable. Can do time based sets, rep based sets, weighted or not and you can progress exercises based on time, reps or weight. Progression can be linear or exponential. No more fussing with spreadsheets. Just set up your routines and keep at it and youll see results.
